Scorched Earth

Scorched Earth adds 12 new creatures with 5 variations, 60 new engrams, a new boss, and a whole new map. Creatures tamed and items received can be brought to the vanilla island and used by people with and without the expansion. Items from the DLC can also be spawned manually if you don't own the expansion pack.

The Center

The Center consists of multiple climatic and geological regions, including several that are not featured on The Island map. The map's most notable feature, a colossal floating island, can be found to the West of the map surrounded by treacherous swamps. To the far North, an active volcanic island can be found covered in basalt, lava, and dangerous predators.

Our servers are located in USA

We utilize Nitrado's servers and they're located in United States. We'd consider opening an EU group of servers if there is enough need, but until then, we will continue to only have North American servers.

Any questions?

Can I start on any map?

Yes! You're not restricted to start on The Island just because it's first in the story. The maps are all clustered together, meaning you can freely transport between them at any time!

This game is hard, can I get help?

ARK is notoriously very hard when first starting out. The Compy Stompers community is full of very helpful and understanding gamers who've all been through the same thing! Feel free to reach out on Discord.

Can I build in caves?

We restrict building in artifact caves in order to allow everyone to freely get artifacts to continue their journey across the ARKs.

Is this server PvE?

Yes! We do allow tribe wars as long as both sides agree on it though.

Do you do dino wipes?

We do daily dino wipes in order to keep the maps fresh with new dinos spread out around the ARKs.

Do I have to join Discord to play?

No, joining the Compy Stompers Discord is not a requirement to play on the cluster. We encourage it because you are able to share pictures, stories and much more.

Can I become an admin?

We're always looking for great leaders to join us not only on ARK but on Discord as well! If you're interested in helping out, message Illusion on Discord!

I'm a Patreon supporter, how long until I get my rewards?

We try to be as quick and efficient as possible, so we will do our best to get your items to you within 24 hours. It's usually pretty fast though.
